The microNCS provides a real-time signal gateway between the field or factory floor and your control strategy. Part of Moore Industries’ NCS NET Concentrator System® family of intelligent distributed I/O, the stand-alone microNCS accepts four or eight fully-isolated analog inputs and four discrete (contact closure) inputs. It “concentrates” this data onto one or multiple communication links, and transmits it long distances back to one or more host DCS, PLC or PC-based control systems.

The JP-450 is a magnetically actuated “no bleed” pneumatic point level switch for use with magnetic liquid level indicators. Magnetic coupling through the chamber wall keeps the switch isolated from process fluid and pressure, allowing setpoints to be adjusted on the fly. Two JP-450’s can be coupled with a JPLR latching relay to give plug-and-play dump/fill valve control.
Features:
- No process piping or valves required (except customer pneumatic lines)
- Retrofit onto existing MLG installations
- “Snap-action” design maintains state in high-vibration environments
- Accepts filtered air or gas supply
- Field configurable (High/Low level)
- 316 Stainless Steel enclosure

The JS-10 (1 amp) and JS-30 (3 amp) switches are magnetically actuated point level switches for use with magnetic liquid level indicators. Magnetic coupling through the chamber wall keeps these switches isolated from process fluid and pressure, allowing setpoints to be adjusted on the fly.
Features:
- No process piping or valves required
- Retrofit onto existing MLG installations
- Internal bias magnet maintains state in high-vibration environments
- Available in SPDT (one internal switch) or DPDT (two internal switches)
- Available with flying leads (no enclosure), Epoxy-coated Aluminum enclosure, or 316 Stainless Steel Enclosure
- Class I, Division 1, Groups B, C, D
- Class I, Division 2, Groups ABCD
- Class II and Class III, Groups EFG

OMNI pioneered flow computing based on maintaining a fixed calculation cycle time rather than task loading. Today’s OMNI flow computer still maintains a measurement calculation cycle time of 500ms that exceeds any industry requirements. Calculations are carried out in double precision (64-bit), floating point format for greatest accuracy. Totalization integrity is assured through the well established industry practice of triplicated (Tri-reg) storage and checking routines. OMNI Features: With its fast one second power-up recovery, field proven reliability, longevity, and usability, OMNI has the lowest cost of ownership in the business. The result of continuous end user requirement development, the OMNI track record stands alone protecting the interest of both buyer and seller in Custody Transfer measurements.

Fluidwell launches the new N413 Batch Controller with receipt printing functionality. This is very useful for situations where you need a locally printed ticket as evidence of the delivered quantity like tank and truck (un) loading applications. End-of-batch tickets and reprints can easily be printed automatically or on demand. Even in the unexpected event of an uncompleted batch, it is possible to print a ticket. The N413 is a versatile and powerful batch controller, with a printer output, 2 field replaceable, heavy duty relays and three configurable transistor outputs. Relay 1 is fixed as main batch control output. Relay 2 and the transistor outputs can be configured as pump control with time delays, 2-stage batch control, alarm or pulse outputs. This makes the N413 a powerful and versatile batch or delivery controller. The combination of the user-friendly numerical keypad with the compact, clear display, make the N-Series very attractive to our customers. The crystal clear LCD display, provides multiple batch control data simultaneously at a glance, including a graphical indication of the vessel, the batch process and the relay status. The bright backlight is standard available, ensuring perfect readings in all lighting conditions.

The batch controllers of the N-Series are much more advanced compared to our F-Series and D-Series batch controllers. The N-Series distinguishes itself from other batch controllers by its very easy to use numerical keypad. Selecting and entering multiple preset values with the easy to press keys is astonishingly simple. The display is designed for batch processes: at a glance, the operator is aware of the indicated switch points and the actual state of the process. For your convenience the preset and the actual value with their engineering units are displayed simultaneously.
