    Manage a Developed Network of Devices
    For more demanding customers with many needs we have prepared the Advanced Communication Module (ACM). This module includes interfaces such as: Ethernet, USB Host, RS-485 and RS-485 shared with RS-232. All the Modbus interfaces can work in both master and slave mode. Through the utilization of an Ethernet link the user can monitor operation of the entire system via the Internet from anywhere in world, via an INTERNET browser. In addition the data can be monitored via the RS-485 interface along with PC software.

    MLD-35 Series Continuous Level Sensors are intended for level measurement of liquid and bulk solids in tanks, vessels sumps or silos, hoppers, etc. They are comprised of a housing with electronic module and a electrode that converts a capacitance signal to a current signal of 4-20mA or voltage signal (0-10V) output. The MLD series incorporates a Teflon® encapsulated measuring electrode making it suitable for corrosive chemicals and sticky polymers.

    Continuous Liquid Level Meter

    The MLR radar level meters are compact level measurement device that include a transmitter that emits microwave pulses along a rod or wire rope electrode. The pulse propagates along the electrode in the form of electromagnetic wave toward the level surface, where it is reflected and the signal wave component is returned to the receiving module of the electronic housing. The on-board circuitry measures the time of flight of electromagnetic wave and the distance to the surface level is calculated. According to the level height, the level meter output is set and the measured value is shown on the display. Radar level meters are resistant against changes in the atmosphere (pressure, temperature, dust, steam) and to changes in medium parameters (change in dielectric constant and conductivity).

The ILT-6000 contains a low provile waveguide that is inserted into an isolation well and float assembly. The waveguide sleeve isolates the internal waveguide from the process environment and protects it from excessive process conditions. This provides an additional safety barrier for the operator. The major benefit is the transmitter and waveguide can be removed for field checking without interruption or exposure to the process environment. The isolation well and float are available in a variety of materials including 316SS , CPVC, Alloy 20, Titanium , Hastelloy , PP or PVDF.
