Exceptional self-priming capabilities make the 2001HK Series an ideal choice for hard-to-handle chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide or viscous polymers. A wide range of flow outputs can be obtained by simply changing the tubing size. One size pumphead accepts six standard tubing sizes. The sealed, spring-loaded pumphead rollers provide extended tubing life and automatically compensate for minor variations in pump tube wall thickness. The 2001HK Series pump system also allows you to mount the controller on the wall, away from the harsh environment. All 2001 Series pumps feature a unique sealed peristaltic pumphead, with optional leak detection, which protects against corrosive and dangerous chemical spills. Features:
- Flows to 51.4 GPH, Pressures to 100 psi.*
- Rugged industrial drive uses NEMA TEFC motors
- Seal-less pumping technology
- Self-priming – suction lifts to 30 ft.
- No check valves – few moving parts
- Compact or Remote wall-mount K4 Series Digital AC Variable Frequency Drive with LED digital display & integral keypad
- Dry run capability
- User selectable manual or automatic control
- Various long life chemical resistant tubing options available
- Automatic control available via 0-10VDC or 4-20mA

The F110 flow transmitter is the most popular model in our range of flow rate indicators / totalizers, complete with pulse and analog output signals. Even demanding applications are catered for with our base unit configuration. The display shows flow rate, total and accumulated total. On-screen engineering units are easily configured from a comprehensive selection.
Advantages
- Robust IP66, IP67 (NEMA Type4X) field enclosure. It is so rugged, you can even stand on it!
- Intrinsically Safe available - ATEX and IECEx approval for gas and dust applications
- Programming can be done by your own crew, with the sensible menu-driven structure, saving cost and irritation. Know one, know them all!
- Very diverse mounting possibilities: walls, pipes, panels or directly onto outdoor sensors
Features
- Analog and pulse outputs
- Displays total and flow rate simultaneously
- Large digit selection for flow rate or total
- Flow rate: seven 17mm (0.67") or 8mm (0.31") digits
- Total - resettable: seven 17mm (0.67") digits
- Accumulated total - not resettable: eleven 8mm (0.31") digits
- Separate engineering units for flow rate and total on the display
- Remote control input to reset total or to lock the "clear total" button
- LED backlight
- Auto backup of settings and running totals in EEPROM memory
- Ambient temperature: -40°C to +80°C (-40°F to 176°F)
- Various accessories are available for this product
- The F-Series is so rugged, even a truck can stand on it!
Applications
- The F-Series is your first and best choice for field mount indicators in safe and hazardous area applications. Especially in harsh weather conditions like rain, snow, salty atmospheres and temperatures between -40°C up to +80°C (-40°F up to 176°F).
- Liquid flow measurement where re-transmission of the flow rate and/or totalizer functions or serial communication is required. Alternative basic model: F070. Alternative basic models: F010, F011, F012, F014. Alternative advanced models: F112, F113, F118 or the D-Series basic DIN panel mount indicators.

The MV110 converter is mainly designed for application in water and HVAC markets or in other industrial markets where basic measurement requirements or output protocols are needed. Accuracy: ± 0,8% of the read value (on request ± 0,4% of the read value). Repeatability: ± 0,2% Programming through key pad on front plate or via PC connected through mini USB cable adapter Flexible mounting so that display can be seen from the top or form the front Galvanic separation: all inputs and outputs are separated one each other and with the power supply. Housing material: Nylon reinforced with 15% of fiber glass, or Aluminum Protection rate: IP 67 (on request IP68) Available functions: low flow rate cut-off, bidirectional measurement, peak cut-off, empty pipe detection, alarm limit etc. Available accessories: rechargeable backup battery (assures the measurement in case of power loss), 4 GB data logger, built-in Verificator (BIV) for electric characteristic of the sensor. It can be used in combination with any flanged or wafer Isomag® flow sensor.

The JP-450 is a magnetically actuated “no bleed” pneumatic point level switch for use with magnetic liquid level indicators. Magnetic coupling through the chamber wall keeps the switch isolated from process fluid and pressure, allowing setpoints to be adjusted on the fly. Two JP-450’s can be coupled with a JPLR latching relay to give plug-and-play dump/fill valve control.
Features:
- No process piping or valves required (except customer pneumatic lines)
- Retrofit onto existing MLG installations
- “Snap-action” design maintains state in high-vibration environments
- Accepts filtered air or gas supply
- Field configurable (High/Low level)
- 316 Stainless Steel enclosure

The JS-10 (1 amp) and JS-30 (3 amp) switches are magnetically actuated point level switches for use with magnetic liquid level indicators. Magnetic coupling through the chamber wall keeps these switches isolated from process fluid and pressure, allowing setpoints to be adjusted on the fly.
Features:
- No process piping or valves required
- Retrofit onto existing MLG installations
- Internal bias magnet maintains state in high-vibration environments
- Available in SPDT (one internal switch) or DPDT (two internal switches)
- Available with flying leads (no enclosure), Epoxy-coated Aluminum enclosure, or 316 Stainless Steel Enclosure
- Class I, Division 1, Groups B, C, D
- Class I, Division 2, Groups ABCD
- Class II and Class III, Groups EFG
