The SK-PC-Z1D1-UU1-10-HS USB intrinsic safety barrier enables a host device (i.e., an industrial PC) that is in a Zone 2 environment to be connected to an EXTA2/EXTA3 keyboard or similar USB device in a Zone 1/21 environment.
The barrier enables operation of input devices, such as PC keyboards and trackballs, within Zone 1/21 and 2/22 hazardous areas. To transmit USB signals from and into hazardous areas, it converts the two USB channels into intrinsically safe circuits.
The device is IP20 rated. It must be protected accordingly from adverse conditions, such as water spray or dirt, that exceed the conditions of pollution degree 2.
As an associated apparatus, the SK-PC-Z1D1-UU1-10-HS barrier is certified to lead intrinsically safe circuits into Zone 1/21 hazardous areas. It is a one-to-one data connector. Data is passed through without buffering. The SK-PC-Z1D1-UU1-10-HS barrier does not provide galvanic insulation.
The JS-10 (1 amp) and JS-30 (3 amp) switches are magnetically actuated point level switches for use with magnetic liquid level indicators. Magnetic coupling through the chamber wall keeps these switches isolated from process fluid and pressure, allowing setpoints to be adjusted on the fly.

End-of-batch tickets and reprints can easily be printed automatically or on demand. Even in the unexpected event of an uncompleted batch, it is possible to print a ticket.
The N413 is a versatile and powerful batch controller, with a printer output, 2 field replaceable, heavy duty relays and three configurable transistor outputs. Relay 1 is fixed as main batch control output. Relay 2 and the transistor outputs can be configured as pump control with time delays, 2-stage batch control, alarm or pulse outputs. This makes the N413 a powerful and versatile batch or delivery controller.
The combination of the user-friendly numerical keypad with the compact, clear display, make the N-Series very attractive to our customers. The crystal clear LCD display, provides multiple batch control data simultaneously at a glance, including a graphical indication of the vessel, the batch process and the relay status. DXC Over-The-Side Immersion Heaters feature copper sheathed elements and are typically used for heating water or water solutions that will not corrode copper. They are ideal where easy removal of the heater for cleaning or inspection is required. The DXC is available in single phase or three phase with single element or three element configurations. DXI Over-The-Side Immersion Heaters feature incoloy® sheathed elements, while the DXS features steel sheathed elements. They are typically used in water rinse tank heating applications where contaminants that would be corrosive to copper are present. They are also suitable for oil based solutions and other chemical solutions that are not corrosive to incoloy® (DXI) or steel (DXS). They are ideal where easy removal of the heater for cleaning or inspection is required. The DXI and DXS are available in single phase or three phase with single element or three element configurations. DXN and DXT Over-The-Side Immersion Heaters feature high grade inconel® (DXN) or titanium (DXT) sheathed elements and are typically used in liquid heating applications where copper, stainless or incoloy® are unsuitable because the solution being heated would be corrosive to these materials. They are ideal where easy removal of the heater for cleaning or inspection is required. The DXN is available in single phase or three phase with single element or three element configurations and the DXT is available in single phase with single element configuration 
Environment One's standard Generator Gas Analyzer (GGA) can also be supplied in a portable configuration. The PGA incorporates the same hydrogen gas sensor/analyzer and system electronics found in our other hydrogen gas purity systems. The PGA is specifically intended for use in non-hazardous environments and/or as an emergency back-up in the event a power plant's primary purity monitoring system is compromised.
