    Teflon® Coated Guided Wave Radar

    Continuous Liquid Level Meter

    The MLR radar level meters are compact level measurement device that include a transmitter that emits microwave pulses along a rod or wire rope electrode. The pulse propagates along the electrode in the form of electromagnetic wave toward the level surface, where it is reflected and the signal wave component is returned to the receiving module of the electronic housing. The on-board circuitry measures the time of flight of electromagnetic wave and the distance to the surface level is calculated. According to the level height, the level meter output is set and the measured value is shown on the display. Radar level meters are resistant against changes in the atmosphere (pressure, temperature, dust, steam) and to changes in medium parameters (change in dielectric constant and conductivity).

    MLD-35 Series Teflon® Capacitance Level Sensor

    MLD-35 Series Continuous Level Sensors are intended for level measurement of liquid and bulk solids in tanks, vessels sumps or silos, hoppers, etc. They are comprised of a housing with electronic module and a electrode that converts a capacitance signal to a current signal of 4-20mA or voltage signal (0-10V) output.     LP 200 SERIES Plastic Pressure Sensor / Transmitter

    The Levelpro LP200 was designed to measure Pressure or Level within industry's most demanding corrosive process applications. When measuring pressure It can be mounted vertically or horizontally, and can easily be installed into a threaded process pipe tee fitting. For level measurement applications the LP200 can simply be mounted into the side of the tank utilizing a NPT / G type bulkhead or weld-o-let fitting. The LP200 implements a state of the art ceramic measuring principle that changes the physical pressure which equates to no more than a few microns into a linear electronic signal that can be measured. This minimal deformation equates to negligible material strain of the ceramic electronic pressure-sensing diaphragm resulting in high resistance to alternating loads and long-term durability...exactly what is required for tough industrial applications.
