Since 1993, the display business unit has established a name in innovative and original contributions to the development of flow computers, flow rate / totalisers, batch controllers, indicators and monitoring systems. Most of our products are ATEX and IECEx certified for use in hazardous areas.
This has resulted in a wide and flexible product matrix of standard products with an extensive range of options.

  • fluidwell_200_85 The D016 is a loca,l panel mount indicator with linearization to display the actual flow rate, total and accumulated total. The total can be reset to zero by pressing the CLEAR button twice. The eleven digit accumulated total however can not be reset to zero. In addition to the average K-Factor or Span, eight linearization points can be entered with there frequencies or values. The unit will interpolate between these points greatly enhancing accuracy in any flowrange. Even for very low frequency applications is catered for. This linearization affects all displayed information as well as the pulse output.
  • fluidwell_200_85 he D030 is a straight forward but basic, panel mount batch controller. The operator can enter a batch quantity easily or execute repeating batches. During the batch, the preset value is displayed as well as the batched (or remaining) quantity and the units of measurement. The automatic self-learning overrun correction will ensure an accurate result each batch again.

It offers the facility to set one low pressure and one high pressure alarm value. If desired, an ignore function can be set up to allow for an incorrect pressure for a certain period of time.   • fluidwell_200_85 The D040 is a straight forward, panel mount temperature indicator. The measuring unit to be displayed is simply selected through an alfa-numerical configuration menu. No adhesive labels have to be put on the outside of the enclosure: a weather proof and user friendly solution! The configuration of the Span, off-set and number of decimals is done through software functions, without any sensitive dip-switches or trimmers. Advantages Unique, robust IP66, IP67 (Type4X) panel mount front enclosure made of die cast aluminum, allowing even big jets of water and total immersion.     The E115 has been developed for applications where the direction of flow is an issue. Applications can be found by loading and unloading of ships where one bi-directional flowmeter is used. Another application is the correction of back-flow due to shocks in a pipeline caused by piston pumps or valve behavior. It is required to offer two pulse signals from the flowmeter which are 90° or 270° degrees out of phase.
    The E-series distinguishes itself by its quality and functionality driven European design and manufacturing. It is more than fulfilling the rules for explosion proof design, it is about safety during the daily operation. Often, the environment is much tougher than the explosion proof requirements demand. Thus dangerous conditions may be experienced due to a broken enclosure or a poorly made flame path. Ruggedness and reliability is where Fluidwell stands for and it is now available in a comprehensive well designed and purpose driven explosion proof flow rate indicator / totalizer.

  • fluidwell_200_85 The E018 is one of the top models in our range of explosion proof flow computers. In addition to the average K-Factor, 16 linearization points can be entered. The unit will interpolate between these points greatly enhancing accuracy in any flow range. Moreover, a continuous flow rate monitoring feature is available with high and low flow rate alarm values and four alarm outputs.
  • fluidwell_200_85 The F490 is a versatile, loop powered Multi Purpose Indicator which displays the actual process value, range and loop current. Besides the focus on level, temperature and pressure applications, the F490 can also work with other measuring units, such as %, mA, RPM and more. Therefore, the F490 is a versatile indicator that suits many applications. At the F490, the input circuit is separated from the backlight circuit. It is designed in such way that it does not influence the intrinsically safe circuit to which it is connected. The F490 accepts 4 - 20mA input signals from a wide range of process instruments, including flow (linear or square root), level, pressure and temperature transmitters. All these process parameters can be displayed in their own engineering units. Thanks to its ruggedness, the F490 withstands extreme weather conditions such as rain, snow, sun, sandy deserts, salty atmospheres and temperatures between -40°C/-40°F and +80°C/+178°F without the need for expensive protective cabinets. Moreover, all products in the F-series are robust by design: even a truck can stand on them.

    The F490 is certified according ATEX, IECEx and CSA for use in Intrinsically Safe applications with an ambient temperature of -40°C to +70°C (-40°F to +158°F). There is no relationship between the inputs, even different measuring units can be used. The measuring unit is displayed together with the input channel information A or B. The F141 can be set to show the selected information manually or with an automatic toggle function.
  • fluidwell_200_85 The F126-EG flow computer has been developed to calculate corrected gas volume at normal conditions. The corrected volumetric flow is calculated by measuring the uncorrected volumetric flow, actual line temperature and pressure which are processed with the equations stored in the flow computer. A compressibility factor can be set to approach a real gas behavior. The reference conditions can be defined as desired (e.g. 15°C or 60°F and 1.013 bar). The display shows the compensated flow rate, total, accumulated total and the actual line temperature and pressure. On-screen engineering units like Nm³ are easily configured from a comprehensive selection.
  • fluidwell_200_85 The F120 single loop controller has been designed to offer outstanding control performance and provide a reliable solution for a wide variety of flow control applications. The single loop flow controller accepts most pulse inputs from flow meters and has a 4 - 20 mA output for controlling a valve or pump. The F120 is part of the Fluidwell process controller family and is the alternative for local control loops.

    Applications

    • The F-Series is your first and best choice for field mount indicators in safe and hazardous area applications. Especially in harsh weather conditions like rain, snow, salty atmospheres and temperatures between -40°C up to +80°C (-40°F up to 176°F).
    • Liquid flow measurement where re-transmission of the flow rate and/or totalizer functions or serial communication is required. Alternative basic model: F070. Alternative basic models: F010, F011, F012, F014. Alternative advanced models: F112, F113, F118 or the D-Series basic DIN panel mount indicators.
  • fluidwell_200_85 The F018 is a local indicator / transmitter with linearization that displays the actual flow rate, resettable total and non-resettable accumulated total. The F-Series is known worldwide as a range of user-friendly indicators. The F018 is even more impressive. The HART communication allows you to communicate in an easy way with smart "DD enabled host" systems. In addition to the average K-Factor or Span, fifteen linearization points can be entered with their frequencies or values. The unit will interpolate between these points greatly enhancing accuracy in any flow range, even for very low frequency applications. This linearization affects all displayed information as well as the signal outputs.
  • fluidwell_200_85 The F173 is a versatile level indicator featuring linearization and continuous level monitoring. In addition to the average Span, fifteen linearization points can be entered to compensate for the tank shape. The unit will interpolate between these points to increase accuracy. This linearization affects all displayed information as well as the alarm and analog outputs. With the level monitoring feature, two low and two high level alarm values can be set.   • fluidwell_200_85 The F193 is a versatile large digit Modbus display. All displayed information and signal outputs are controlled through the Modbus ASCII / RTU communication protocol. Information of nine different tanks or products can be displayed with an automatic toggle function or can be selected by the operator. Of course, it can also be selected and locked through communication. Further, up to four control or alarm outputs can be controlled directly or being linked to an alarm status of the nine products: an alarm message will be displayed and the related relay(s) switched. Also available is an analog output signal, fully controlled through the communication. For security reasons, all outputs can be switched-off automatically in case of a communication break-down. The display shows the actual value, product / tank ID, measuring unit, alarm messages and status.

  • fluidwell_200_85 The F114 flow computer calculates the actual ratio between two separate flows. It offers the ability to set one low ratio and one high ratio alarm value. Special precautions are taken to allow start-up problems and incorrect ratio readings for a certain period of time. Based on the location of the flow meters, a selection can be made out of six different formulas. The display shows the ratio, alarm values, flow rate A, total A and flow rate B, total B. On-screen engineering units are easily configured from a comprehensive selection. The ratio can be displayed as 1:__ or as a percentage.
  • fluidwell_200_85 The F197 is a manual set-point generator. The operator enters an analog or a scaled output value or a percentage which will be transmitted as a (0)4 – 20mA or 0 – 10V DC signal to a control device. If available, the F197 can also display the measured actual process value. However, there is no direct control relationship between the input and output value. Further, one low and one high alarm value can be set with an alarm ignore function to monitor the process. The display shows the pre-set value, actual value and status simultaneously. On-screen engineering units are easily configured from a comprehensive selection.
  • fluidwell_200_85 The F093 is a local indicator to monitor the tachometer engine speed with running hours simultaneously. The running hours can be reset to zero by pressing the CLEAR button twice. The eleven digit accumulated running hours however cannot be reset to zero.

  • fluidwell_200_85 The F195 has been developed for the valve position indication and monitoring in hydraulic systems. By using a bi-directional flow meter to measure the volume displaced by the actuator, an accurate position of the system is calculated. The display shows the position as a percentage as well as with the text "open" and "closed" for the minimum and maximum positions. As standard, the analog output mirrors the percentage displayed which can be used to transmit the valve position. The usual difficulties encountered in such applications include: very low flows, vibration, and thermal expansion of the oil and high ambient temperatures.
  • fluidwell_200_85 Fluidwell launches the new N413 Batch Controller with receipt printing functionality. This is very useful for situations where you need a locally printed ticket as evidence of the delivered quantity like tank and truck (un) loading applications. End-of-batch tickets and reprints can easily be printed automatically or on demand. Even in the unexpected event of an uncompleted batch, it is possible to print a ticket. The N413 is a versatile and powerful batch controller, with a printer output, 2 field replaceable, heavy duty relays and three configurable transistor outputs. Relay 1 is fixed as main batch control output. Relay 2 and the transistor outputs can be configured as pump control with time delays, 2-stage batch control, alarm or pulse outputs. This makes the N413 a powerful and versatile batch or delivery controller. The combination of the user-friendly numerical keypad with the compact, clear display, make the N-Series very attractive to our customers. The crystal clear LCD display, provides multiple batch control data simultaneously at a glance, including a graphical indication of the vessel, the batch process and the relay status. The bright backlight is standard available, ensuring perfect readings in all lighting conditions.
  • fluidwell_200_85 The batch controllers of the N-Series are much more advanced compared to our F-Series and D-Series batch controllers. The N-Series distinguishes itself from other batch controllers by its very easy to use numerical keypad. Selecting and entering multiple preset values with the easy to press keys is astonishingly simple. The display is designed for batch processes: at a glance, the operator is aware of the indicated switch points and the actual state of the process. For your convenience the preset and the actual value with their engineering units are displayed simultaneously.
