    • The 1/4″ NPT vent plug is located 90° to the left and may be removed and replaced with exhaust piping to direct the fluids to a safe location

    • Two piece construction and designed to withstand even the most severe process applications
    • “Continuous use” seals – backing plate will prevent diaphragm from rupturing if pressure sensing instrument fails. Pressure will be held until instrument is replaced
    • Diaphragm is separable for servicing and is available with a 1/4” NPT flushing connection for removing any material which may clog the process connection
    • Standard diaphragm is constructed of AISI 316 stainless steel and welded to the upper chamber of the seal
    • ASME B40.100 compliant
    • 5 year warranty

    Aquavx ProPlus

    Cost-Effective and User-Friendly Monitoring and Control

    The Aquavx™ ProPlus builds on the premium features of the Aquavx Pro, offering even more configuration and control options as well as duplex pump control. It is powered by the RemoteIQ™ Water cloud platform for real-time monitoring and control. In addition to a sunlight-viewable color display, the system comes with ten digital inputs, two pulse inputs, five analog inputs and seven outputs. It also includes RS-232 and RS-485 with 32 built-in Modbus Master Registers. Alarm notifications are sent via voice, text or email, alerting operators when there is a power failure, limits are exceeded, or communications are lost. Intuitive graphics and dashboards in RemoteIQ Water provide real-time insights into the performance of remote sites. With the Aquavx ProPlus, there are no networks, engineering or third-party licenses to maintain. The system has an 18-hour backup battery with the option to increase to 72 hours. Loss of AC detection triggers a switch to the battery with additional outputs available for the sensor loop supply. The Aquavx ProPlus is FirstNet compatible, ensuring priority access to network communication, with the optional modem.
