The rugged IPF Field-Mounted Current-to-Pressure Transmitter is designed specifically for installation in harsh environments. The two-wire IPF accepts a 4-20mA or 10-50mA input. It converts the input to a 3-15psig, 0.2-1bar, 15-3psig or 1-0.2bar pneumatic output signal, or to a wide variety of other commonly used pneumatic outputs (see Specifications for details). This versatility allows the IPF to interface with just about any kind of process control instrumentation including chart recorders, data loggers, panel meters, multiplexers, controllers and computers. The IPF can either be surface-mounted or mounted directly on a two-inch (vertical or horizontal) pipe. Two different types of housings are offered. The standard WP housing provides 1/2-inch NPT female wire entry threads while the metric WPM housing provides M20X1.5 female wire entry threads. DXI Over-The-Side Immersion Heaters feature incoloy® sheathed elements, while the DXS features steel sheathed elements. They are typically used in water rinse tank heating applications where contaminants that would be corrosive to copper are present. They are also suitable for oil based solutions and other chemical solutions that are not corrosive to incoloy® (DXI) or steel (DXS). They are ideal where easy removal of the heater for cleaning or inspection is required. The DXI and DXS are available in single phase or three phase with single element or three element configurations. DXN and DXT Over-The-Side Immersion Heaters feature high grade inconel® (DXN) or titanium (DXT) sheathed elements and are typically used in liquid heating applications where copper, stainless or incoloy® are unsuitable because the solution being heated would be corrosive to these materials. Dual sensors can be input to a single set of electronics for dual weir/flume or bar screen level applications. The D013 is a versatile, panel mount flow rate indicator and totalizer with continuous flow rate monitoring feature. It offers the facility to set one low flow rate and one high flow rate alarm value. If desired, a delay function can be set up to allow for an incorrect flow rate for a certain period of time. -
The D016 is a local panel mount indicator / transmitter with linearization to display the actual flow rate, total and accumulated total. The total can be reset to zero by pressing the CLEAR button twice. The eleven digit accumulated total however cannot be reset to zero. In addition to the average K-Factor or Span, eight linearization points can be entered with their frequencies or values. The unit will interpolate between these points greatly enhancing accuracy in any flow range. Even for very low frequency applications is catered for. This linearization affects all displayed information as well as the pulse output. -
he D030 is a straight forward but basic, panel mount batch controller. The operator can enter a batch quantity easily or execute repeating batches. During the batch, the preset value is displayed as well as the batched (or remaining) quantity and the units of measurement. The automatic self-learning overrun correction will ensure an accurate result each batch again. -
The F093 is a local indicator to monitor the tachometer engine speed with running hours simultaneously. The running hours can be reset to zero by pressing the CLEAR button twice. The eleven digit accumulated running hours however cannot be reset to zero. -
