Type X Purge System
The Pepperl+Fuchs Bebco EPS Type X purge system reduces the classification within the protected enclosures from Division 1 to non-hazardous. General-purpose equipment can be operated within the protected enclosure.

Type Y Purge System
The Pepperl+Fuchs Bebco EPS Type Y purging system reduces the classification within the protected enclosure from Division 1 to Division 2. All equipment used within the enclosure must be Division 2 rated.

Type Z Purge System
The Pepperl+Fuchs Bebco EPS Type Z purge system reduces the classification within the protected enclosure from Division 2 to non-hazardous. General-purpose equipment can be operated within the protected enclosure.

Ex px Purge System
The Pepperl+Fuchs Bebco EPS Ex px purge system reduces the classification within the protected enclosure from Zone 1/ Zone 21 to non-hazardous. General-purpose equipment can be operated within the protected enclosure.

Ex pz Purge System
Ex pz purge systems reduce the classification within the protected enclosure from Zone 2 to non-hazardous. General-purpose equipment can be operated within the protected enclosure.

Enviro-Line Pressurization System
Enviro-Line purging units is an enclosure pressurization system for non hazardous areas that operates on a supply of compressed instrument air or inert gas. It regulates and monitors the pressure within the sealed enclosure in order to prevent the accumulation of damaging and caustic gases and dusts.

1000 Series Type Y Purge System
The 1000 series Type Y purge system is rated for Class I, Division 1 to Division 2 area applications or Class II, Division 1 to Division 2 applications.

6500 Series Ex px Purge System
The Pepperl+Fuchs Bebco EPS 6500 Series Ex px purge and pressurization system provides reliable protection for operating general-purpose electrical equipment in Zone 1/21 explosion hazardous locations. Utilizing the flexible Ex p protection method, the 6500 Series is a fully automatic system. It will purge a common enclosure of hazardous gas or dust and maintain a positive pressure, reducing the classification within the protected enclosure from Zone 1/21 to a non-hazardous area.

Bebco EPS® 7500 Series Type Z and Ex pzc Purge and Pressurization System
The 7500 series system consists of a control unit, an enclosure protection vent, and manual or automatic manifold. The control unit has a touch screen display that is menu driven and will easily guide the user in selecting pre-programmed and user-selected variables. The 7500 can be used with a digital valve/manifold system like the 5500-MAN-... unit to make a fully automatic system. The enclosure pressure and leakage can be monitored and, in the event of a loss in enclosure pressure, the solenoid valve can engage to restore the defined pressure settings and/or alarm for the pressure drop. An easy-to-see display also has 4 LEDs for system condition indication from a distance.

Enviro-Line Pressurization System
The Pepperl+Fuchs Enviro-Line purging units is an enclosure pressurization system for non hazardous areas that operates on a supply of compressed instrument air or inert gas. It regulates and monitors the pressure within the sealed enclosure at a constant pressure in order to prevent the accumulation of damaging and caustic gases and dusts.
The elimination of these gases and dusts extends the life of expensive electrical equipment and instrumentation placed within the Enviro-Line purging unit.

Due to higher pressures inside the electrical enclosure, corrosive environments remain outside. The system maintains a constant 0.5" water pressure inside the enclosure for protection against gas and/or dust.

Environmental purge for nonhazardous areas
