The single loop flow controller accepts most pulse inputs from flow meters and has a 4 - 20 mA output for controlling a valve or pump. The F120 is part of the Fluidwell process controller family and is the alternative for local control loops.

The display is designed for batch processes: at a glance, the operator is aware of the indicated switch points and the actual state of the process. For your convenience the preset and the actual value with their engineering units are displayed simultaneously.

This is very useful for situations where you need a locally printed ticket as evidence of the delivered quantity like tank and truck (un) loading applications. End-of-batch tickets and reprints can easily be printed automatically or on demand. Even in the unexpected event of an uncompleted batch, it is possible to print a ticket. The N413 is a versatile and powerful batch controller, with a printer output, 2 field replaceable, heavy duty relays and three configurable transistor outputs. Relay 1 is fixed as main batch control output. Relay 2 and the transistor outputs can be configured as pump control with time delays, 2-stage batch control, alarm or pulse outputs. This makes the N413 a powerful and versatile batch or delivery controller. The combination of the user-friendly numerical keypad with the compact, clear display, make the N-Series very attractive to our customers. The crystal clear LCD display, provides multiple batch control data simultaneously at a glance, including a graphical indication of the vessel, the batch process and the relay status. The low and high level switch points are entered as a percentage of the pre-set value to switch the device on / off. For pump control applications, the function can be inverted to empty a well. A stable level within a hysteresis around the pre-set value is the result.

  • The 531 provides automatic PID control backup for critical loops controlled by PLC, DCS or PC systems. Unlike a single loop controller configured to sense and retransmit a control signal, which adds liability and complexity; the 531 has a simple operator interface, special parameters for control states upon host transfer or failure, and a special pass-through circuit that provides redundancy in the control loop. In HOST mode, moore_logo_200_85 the control signal (4-20mA) is hard wired to pass through the 531 without degradation. In LOCAL mode, the 531 generates the CV (control) signal in AUTO or MANUAL mode. Host CV tracking enables a bumpless transfer to LOCAL mode in either LOCAL AUTO or LOCAL MANUAL mode. A special CV line sense function triggers HOST to LOCAL transfer automatically if host CV signal fails. LOCAL/HOST transfer may also be initiated by a dedicated front panel key or a contact input. The 531's setpoint may be set locally or remotely from the host, ensuring bumpless changeover to LOCAL AUTO mode. The 531 may also be operated as a manual loading station in the LOCAL MANUAL mode.
  • fluidwell_200_85 he D030 is a straight forward but basic, panel mount batch controller. The operator can enter a batch quantity easily or execute repeating batches. During the batch, the preset value is displayed as well as the batched (or remaining) quantity and the units of measurement. The automatic self-learning overrun correction will ensure an accurate result each batch again.
